Didn’t love your purchase as much as you thought you would? That's okay! Things happen, but we are here to help!
In order for an item to be returned:
- Shop Charlie Grace currently only accepts items for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, the item is no longer eligible for store credit via digital gift card or exchange.
- Be sure to be extra careful when trying on the clothes! All returns must be in their original form; the item must be unworn, unwashed, and have Shop Charlie Grace tags still attached
- If items appear worn, has makeup or other stains, and/or smells of smoke or perfume, your return will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own personal expense
- No store credits or exchanges will be provided on Sale & Final Sale items. Intimates, bralettes and undergarments are final sale due to sanitary reasons.
- We carefully and meticulously inspect all items prior to packaging and shipping to you. If we missed something and your item arrives defective, please be sure to contact us within 3 days from when the order was delivered to you. Do we offer return labels?
- We do not offer return labels but hope to as we continue to grow in the future!
Can I make a return past the 7 day period for store credit?
- Unfortunately we cannot accept clothing past the 7 return policy for store credit via digital gift card nor exchange.
